I think this is the most beautiful of all Dream’s images I’ve seen. When I first saw this photo I thought of the old Bobby Darin song. DreamCatcher is in the Pink today so Molly will be pleased I think. (this image was not edited for the prompt, it is as she originally made it) Elliott
DreamCatcher first appeared on my blog in October of last year. I had admired her self portraits and asked her if she would like to be a guest photographer on my blog. I enjoyed having some class on my blog and she was overwhelmed with the enthusiastic response to her images. I asked Dream many times if she wanted to say something about her photos or comment to those who enjoy her work. She always declined, she is very private and I imagine a bit shy. She said her images were enough. I would occasionally ask, okay, begged and hounded her to say something. She finally gave in right before I took my blogging hiatus. Here is what she wanted to say to you:
“I suppose my comment to all the fine, sexy and sinful people out there would be this….One reason why I have not commented publicly to date is that it’s difficult to find the words that would truly express my gratitude. It really does leave me speechless to see the continued feedback from people who never have to pay me any mind at all. I was flattered just to be approached about participating here, even if only as a guest on your page. Initially, I kind of thought it would be a one time thing that would be fun but not much would come of it. I did not expect anyone to be “championing” my exploits or, furthermore, that it would draw the interest that it has. For the last couple months, I had been wishing I could do more or saying something more meaningful than just a simple “Thank You.” I really feel like I owe it to those who take the time out of their own busy lives to even just view these let alone comment on them or share them. I thoroughly enjoy sharing the pictures so, as long as you’ll have me, I’ll continue to stick around for a while. I’m a very average person with a very sinful streak. Hopefully, this message has conveyed how truly grateful I am. I usually do a lot better just letting the pictures do the talking for me! Sincerely, Thank you :)”
